Filters whether to load the account-details compatibility stylesheet for a theme.
The dynamic portion of the hook name, $theme_slug, is a theme directory slug. The filter runs on the account edit-account screen for the parent theme (get_template()) and the active theme (get_stylesheet()). css/compat/themes/compat-account-details-{$theme_slug}.css is loaded only when the filtered value is exactly true and that file exists. Returning anything other than true (for example false) skips it. Checkout, edit-address, and account-details styles are separate filters.
