Filters whether to load the PHP compatibility file for a plugin.
The dynamic portion of the hook name, $plugin_slug, is the directory name of an active plugin, or the main file name without .php for a single-file plugin. The filter runs for every active plugin. The file inc/compat/plugins/compat-plugin-{$plugin_slug}.php is loaded only when the filtered value is exactly true and that file exists inside this plugin. Returning anything other than true (for example false) disables it.
