fc_api_forbidden	403	Forbidden access.
fc_api_user_not_found	404	Target user was not found.
fc_api_unavailable	503	This feature is not available.
fc_api_required_field_missing	400	A required address field is missing.
fc_api_invalid_postcode	400	Postcode or ZIP is invalid.
fc_api_invalid_phone	400	Phone number is invalid.
fc_api_invalid_state	400	State or county is invalid.
fc_api_invalid_country	400	Country is invalid or has no address fields.
fc_api_invalid_request	400	The request could not be processed.
