Error codes

Code	HTTP status	Message
`fc_api_forbidden`	403	Forbidden access.
`fc_api_user_not_found`	404	Target user was not found.
`fc_api_unavailable`	503	This feature is not available.
`fc_api_required_field_missing`	400	A required address field is missing.
`fc_api_invalid_postcode`	400	Postcode or ZIP is invalid.
`fc_api_invalid_phone`	400	Phone number is invalid.
`fc_api_invalid_state`	400	State or county is invalid.
`fc_api_invalid_country`	400	Country is invalid or has no address fields.
`fc_api_invalid_request`	400	The request could not be processed.
`fc_api_address_not_found`	404	Address entry was not found.
`fc_api_address_create_failed`	400	Could not create address entry.
`fc_api_address_update_failed`	400	Could not update address entry.
`fc_api_address_delete_failed`	400	Could not delete address entry.
`fc_api_address_duplicate`	400	Another address entry already exists with the same data.
`fc_api_address_id_missing`	400	Address ID is required to update an address book entry.
